BISS CH TullyBloom's Jubilhill Jack of Hearts

By three months of age, Jack had already traveled through at least eight states. He was born in Lafayette, Louisiana (in temporary quarters at the home of friends after our home in Houston was attacked by Hurricane Ike), spent his first few months in Texas, then made the long journey (courtesy of Paula's mom) to arrive at his new home with owner Judy White (Jubilhill) in Ohio on January 3, 2009, stopping in Little Rock (AR), then at the home of Paula's sister in Knoxville (TN), and at his sire's home in Pittsburgh (PA), touching hearts at each stop along the way.

Judy White showed Jack to his first win from the 6-9 month puppy class at the New Castle Kennel Club show in Pennsylvania on Monday, May 25, 2009, under Judge Kenneth Kauffman, and after a few more shows Judy had Jack halfway to his championship title. On Saturday, August 1, 2009, at the large Canfield cluster/Westie Specialty weekend in Ohio, Jack competed in a Sweepstakes entry of 25 and won Best In Sweepstakes from the 9-12 month puppy dog class under Breeder/Judge Tracy J. Pancost (pictured at the bottom of this page). Jack picked up his first major at fourteen months of age when Judy White showed him at the Agathon Kennel Club show in Tallmadge, Ohio, on November 21, 2009, under Judge Jon R. Cole (see photo below). Jack's championship came with a major win at the West Highland White Terrier Club of Southeastern Michigan Specialty show on May 1, 2010, under Breeder/Judge Dr. Gerry G. Meisels (pictured above with owner/handler Judy White).

Jack earned his BISS (Best In Specialty Show) win when owner/handler Judy White showed him at the West Highland White Terrier Club of Southeastern Michigan Specialty show on October 1, 2010, under Breeder/Judge Robert D. Black. This win earned Jack a 5 point major, his second Grand Champion major.
