Ted was bred by and owned by Marilyn Foster of Connecticut, who signed on numerous co-owners during Ted's successful campaign in the show ring, which spanned from 1991 to 1995.  Handled by Terrier expert Bergit Coady Kabel, Ted achieved the spot of number four dog in the nation in 1993.
