Super's favorite lines from her theme
song by Alicia Keys: "I am a Superwoman, yes I am . . . even when I'm a mess, I still put on a vest with an S on
my chest, oh, yes, I'm a Superwoman". True to her name, Super does everything super style. She has a super bark,
a super bite, and a super appetite. We knew she would be a super show girl, especially after winning a five-point major
from the 9-12 puppy class at the Calcasieu Kennel Club show in Lake Charles, Louisiana, on Saturday, June 11, 2016, under
Judge Peggy Lloyd (pictured above). Super picked up a couple more points at the Texas Kennel Club show in Dallas, Texas,
on Saturday, July 9, 2016, when Judge Mareth K. Kipp awarded her Winners Bitch and Best Opposite. Super also won
Best In Sweepstakes at the Trinity Valley West Highland White Terrier Club Specialty show on Thursday, July 7, 2016, under
Breeder Judge Darlene Cox Davis. Super attained the remaining points for her Championship title in the capable hands
of A-Team handlers Alfonso Escobedo and Ashlie Whitmore. During the Mardi Gras cluster of shows in Alexandia, Louisiana
(Baton Rouge and Alexandria Kennel Club shows), January 26-29, 2017, Super was Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, and Best Opposite
over the bitch special the first day for a five-point major under Judge Jack Ireland, and then Winners Bitch and Best of Winners
the next day under Judge Edd E. Bivin for another five-point major and her Champion title. As a new special at 17 months,
Super was Best Opposite over the other bitch special Saturday and Sunday under Judges Denys Janssen and Melinda Lyon, picking
up two Grand Champion majors.
Super earned her Grand Champion title
the following weekend at the Heart of the Desert Classic cluster (February 2-6, 2017) in Phoenix, Arizona, steered to her
new title by A-Team handlers Alfonso Escobedo and Ashlie Whitmore. Super earned five-point GCH Select wins at the Sun
Country Terrier Club show and both Sahuaro State Kennel Club shows under Judges Dr. Thomas Lee Hossfeld, Donna Ernst, and
Jon R. Cole; she was Select Bitch at the concurrent Valley of the Sun West Highland White Terrier Club Specialty under Judge
Fred C. Bassett; and she won Best of Breed and then Best Opposite at the Lost Dutchman Kennel Club shows under Judges Robert
Stein and Alice M. Watkins, ending the weekend as a new Grand Champion with 37 grand champion points at 17 months. A-Team
handler Ashlie Whitmore steered Super to another Specialty Select win at the West Highland White Terrier Club of Indiana Specialty
under Breeder Judge Wayne Kompare on March 17, 2017. Following Super's Select at the Trinity Valley WHWTC Specialty Show on
July 6, 2017, under Breeder Judge Bob Shreve, Super scored a Specialty Best In Show at the WHWTCSET Specialty under Judge
Dennis McCoy on July 20, 2017, during the Houston World Series of Dog shows, earning her Bronze GCH title that weekend. Thanks
to the A-Team's expertise, Super was among the Top Ten Westies in the U.S. for 2017, and then retired to have some super
fun and then some super babies.
On June 6, 2018, Super delivered a litter
of five puppies out of Am GCH CH & C.I.B. & FI & SE & NO & EE & NORD CH Mac-Ken-Char Twinoaks Uptown
Funk ("Bruno"). Together, Super and Bruno produced a litter of "superior" offspring, and we have told
each of them that they are "amazing just the way you are". Check out pages for JR (TullyBloom's
Just Right), Triple B (TullyBloom's Just The Best But Better), Envy (TullyBloom's Just Envy
Me), and J'Lo (TullyBloom's Just Won Look). The fifth puppy, Angus (TullyBloom's Just Ask
Angus), decided that he would be more amazing in just the right home, so we found it for him in Bryan/College Station, Texas.
In February 2019, after getting her show puppies off to a super start in the show ring, we found a superior forever home for
Super in Dallas, Texas, where every day is a super day for Super!
