2010 YEAR-END: MARCUS EARNS HIS GRAND CHAMPION TITLE! New GCH CH TullyBloom's Marcus First a/k/a "Marcus" took Best of Breed at the Conroe
Kennel Club show on Saturday, December 4, 2010, under Judge Robert J. Shreve, and the next day earned the final point for
his Grand Champion title under Judge William F. Potter II. Paula then showed him one last time in the Veteran
Class at the North Texas Terrier Club show in Dallas, Texas, on December 9, 2010, where he was Best Veteran and Best Opposite
Sex (to Pallas), defeating top male specials. It was a highly honorable end to Marcus' show ring career.
Marcus is pictured above, insistent that he has now retired for the last time! TullyBloom's Cool Cover Girl a/k/a "CoCo" ended the year placing 1st or 2nd
in the Bred-by Exhibitor class at five of her final six shows and taking Reserve Winners Bitch at three of the five.
We are especially proud of her reserve major win at the North Texas Terrier Club show in Dallas on December 9, 2010,
and look forward to bringing her back out again next year. GCH CH TullyBloom's
Royal Pallas a/k/a "Pallas" had impressive back-to-back wins
at the very competitive Lone Star State Classic in Dallas, Texas, winning Best of Breed at the North Texas Terrier Club
show on December 9, 2010, under Judge Sally George, and winning Best of Breed at the Trinity Valley Kennel Club show under
Judge Elliott B. Weiss on December 10, 2010, then placing fourth in the large Terrier Group under Judge Elaine E. Mathis.
Pallas is now busy planning her retirement from the show ring.

in the Best In Show line-up, Judge Diane Malenfant studied her seven finalists, held up the Best In Show rosette, turned
Pallas' way, and pointed to the . . . beautiful . . . white . . . Maltese! Other prizes captured for the weekend: Paula showed
Marcus to Select Dog wins on Saturday and Sunday for additional Grand Champion points, and CoCo (pictured below) did her part by going Winners Bitch from the Bred-by class on Sunday, November 14, 2010, under Judge

done, Marcus, taking Best of Breed on Saturday under Judge Patti A. Long Smith and Select Dog on Sunday under Judge David
A. Alexander.

We are proud to have achieved the AKC's Breeder of Merit designation effective
October 18, 2010. The Breeder of Merit recognition program was launched by the American Kennel Club in
October 2010 to recognize breeders who are committed (as we are) to improving their breed through health testing, selective
breeding, and proving breeding stock through achievements in the ring. We hope to continue to be worthy
of this recognition by carefully selecting and exhibiting proper Westies, CHIC testing homebred dogs used in our breeding
program, and maintaining 100% registration of all puppies with the AKC.

Marcus (8 years old this year), who thought he retired three and a half years ago, is back in the show ring now that the American Kennel Club is offering a new title, the Grand Champion title.
Competition for the new title began at AKC shows on May 12, 2010. Marcus returned to the ring in
June with handler Klayton Harris and has already accumulated half of his Grand Champion points with wins in Lake Charles,
Louisiana, and Dallas, Texas, including a Best of Breed win under Breeder/Judge John "Tom" Ward.
|
CoCo had a fabulous weekend in Lake Charles, Louisiana, winning the Puppy Terrier Group both days, winning her first point
from the 6-9 month puppy class at the Calcasieu Kennel Club show on Saturday (June 12, 2010) under Judge Denny Mounce, and
earning a reserve win on Sunday (June 13, 2010) under Judge Pat Huber. This is the third year in a row that a TullyBloom
puppy competed and won the Puppy Terrier Group in Lake Charles.

We are pleased to congratulate new Champion TullyBloom's
Jubilhill Jack of Hearts ("Jack") and owner/handler Judy White (Jubilhill Westies in Ohio). Jack's championship came with a major win at
the West Highland White Terrier Club of Southeastern Michigan Specialty show on Saturday, May 1, 2010, under Breeder/Judge

|
Secret enjoyed back-to-back Terrier Group 2 placements at the Abilene Kennel Club shows on January 30 and 31, 2010, with our thanks
to Judges Ann D. Hearn and Dr. Alvin W. Krause (and to Secret's handler, Klayton Harris)!
|
Secret eased into the 2010 show year with Best of Breed wins at the Corpus Christi Kennel Club shows on January 16 and 17, 2010,
plus a Terrier Group 3 win under Judge Joe C. Walton on Sunday.
|
Pallas begins the show year needing only a three-point major to gain her championship title . . . look for Pallas' return to the
ring in the spring (Pallas' brother Jack in Ohio also only needs a three-point major to win his championship). Secret is keeping quiet about her show plans for the year (but rumor has it that the Westminster Kennel Club show February 15 and
16, 2010 will be her grande finale) . . . stay tuned.
